Miss C Returns Policy
There are different Returns/ Refunds Policies for different products.
Please refer to the policy that refers to your goods as follows:
Ready to Ship Items
Ready to Ship items are products that have been made as samples. These items are finished and fixed in size, and described as accurately as possible.
Please read the description carefully to ascertain the item is the correct size, style and colour before ordering.
Faulty goods will be refunded or replaced, following examination and proof of fault. Faulty goods must be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Non faulty goods Miss C will offer Exchange or a Credit note for an alternative Miss C product.
Miss C does not accept returns on items that have been washed, worn or have had their tags and hygiene labels removed.
Returned goods must be sent back within 28 days of receipt unworn, with any tags and hygiene labels intact, and evidence provided that they have been sent back, such as a proof of posting receipt or tracking number. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Made to measure
Made to Measure items are Miss C Designer products that have been made from scratch by Chrissie specifically from your measurements after your order has been placed. Miss C takes no responsibility for made to measure goods that are sized in error due to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
Faulty goods will be replaced or repaired according to original order and supplied measurements.
Proof of fault will be required prior to a return agreement. Once goods are received and examined thoroughly Chrissie will make contact within 14 days to arrange alternatives.
Miss C does not accept returns on items that are made to measure and are fault free, been washed, worn or have had their tags and hygiene labels removed.
If you are not happy with a made to measure item please contact us immediately so we can offer a repair, replacement or refund.
Custom and Bespoke Order
Miss C does not accept returns on custom and bespoke items.
Custom and bespoke items have been made from scratch specifically from your specification and measurements and require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit to cover initial research, design process and materials purchase.
After the Deposit has been placed you may cancel your order within 14 days. After 14 days you are liable for the full cost of the custom order.
In the event of exceptional circumstances Miss C will hold a custom order for 6 months if the deadline is delayed.
